Thank you for your ongoing support. The money you spend on honey and wax is helping people in our community in Northern New Mexico, and beyond. Not only does the money gained from honey and wax sales directly contribute to the prosperity of local, organic, small-scale agriculture, it also makes local and global impacts.

How? Sugar Mamas Honey engages monetarily in mutual aid.

Why?

I first heard at Questa Farmers Market: “A rising tide lifts all boats.” Having never heard it ever before, then hearing twice at QFM within weeks of each other, I began to understand what that meant.

When making money in this world, how can we best utilize it in the “broken” system that is capitalism? Surely the answer must be that “a rising tide lifts all boats.”

Thank you for making it possible in this way.
