Pollen-rich, Raw, and Delicious
I am just so excited to get to share what I've been up to with you all!
Here’s some honey that came from around our precious valley from our precious bee friends.
The bees pollinated in Velarde, Cañon, downtown and around Taos, and Arroyo Seco. If you’re looking for local honey to get a jumpstart on those Spring allergies, it doesn't get more local than this. This batch is a wide spectrum varietal honey from many plant sources throughout the entire season.
This honey is pollen-rich, raw, and delicious. If you haven’t tried whipped honey, I recommend a 4oz jar to start out, it might just change your relationship with honey forever! I don't bother making an excuse of toast or tea to eat some, I just take a spoonful from the jar. We also have raw honey from the same batch. It’s just so good on toast and in tea (or on the spoon)!
The Mamas are doing well and are starting to stir with some of our warmer weather. It's time to begin getting ready for this season, already.
Thank you everyone who helped out with designing the label. Your encouragement has helped, perhaps more than you know!
