Love to Make

Today’s topic could have included many aspects of my job as a beekeeper and honey supplier, as there are so many things I love about the process, start to finish. Here’s one of the really fun parts—making whipped raw honey. I use a big drill and some hearing protection, and whip raw honey until it's just right.
